I have been working really hard on my OAM menu plan. The list keeps getting longer and longer! I need to really sit down and and narrow down to what I want to do without getting so overwhelmed.
I plan on having
4-5 breakfasts doubled or more
4-5 lunches
16 Dinners doubled in some form or another.
4-5 snacks doubled and more
Plus on hand breads, sauces and mixes.
I have until Monday February 15th to submit my menu to www.onceamonthmom.com
I started my sourdough starter on Sunday.....fingers crossed!
